There was a time when I felt like I was just moving through life on autopilot — weighed down by a heaviness I couldn’t shake and feeling completely disconnected from myself. I found myself stuck in jobs that dimmed my spirit, wondering if there was more to life than this cycle of exhaustion and emptiness. The sadness ran deep, and there were moments when hope felt far away.

Then came a turning point — a spiritual awakening that changed everything. The life I had known no longer made sense, and I was called to look within. It took me years to unravel the patterns, heal the wounds, and finally understand what I truly wanted for my life. Through shadow work, unconditional self-love, psychology, and energy healing, I slowly rebuilt myself. I learned that my pain was not a punishment, but a signal — an invitation to come home to myself and live in alignment with who I truly am.
Embracing self-love gave me clarity, healing, and the courage to pursue the work I was meant to do: guiding others back to their own light and joy. Motivating others gives me an incredible adrenaline that soothes my soul and I know this is where my heart belongs. I know how long and lonely that journey can feel. I am here to walk beside you — to help you look within, untangle what has been holding you back, and discover what you truly desire for your life. You don’t have to do this alone. Together, we can make the path to clarity and freedom feel gentler, faster, and deeply supported.

So…. here I am — still healing, embracing the magic within, and allowing myself to be of service to others. I believe in kindness, compassion, and empathy as the foundation of transformation. I love happiness. I love the unique quirks and peculiarities in others, those little freckles of magic that make each person special. I believe life should feel like magic — and I’m here to help you find that magic within yourself, too.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck and uncertain, to wonder if there’s more to life. I am living proof that transformation is possible — that you can rise from your darkest moments and create a life full of love, purpose, and magic.
Today, I hold a Bachelor’s in Psychology, I am a Certified Spiritual Life Coach, Certified Intuitive Energy Healer and Reiki Practitioner.  My mission is to support women and LGBTQ+ individuals who feel lost, overwhelmed, or disconnected. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can be seen, heard, and supported as you release what no longer serves you and step into the most authentic version of yourself.
