DISTANT REIKI

If you need a gentle pick-me-up, this Reiki session is perfect for you. Reiki is a soothing energy healing technique where I work with each chakra, sending calming energy to help clear blockages. After the session, I’ll share any insights I receive about areas that may be out of balance. Many clients feel deeply relaxed and experience reduced anxiety afterwards. 😊

1:1 ONLINE COACHING

A 1:1 self-love coaching is designed to gently guide you back home to yourself—where your worth is not questioned, your voice is honored, and your heart leads the way. We will begin each session with grounding practices to help you feel safe, calm, and connected in the present moment. From there, we’ll lovingly explore what may be blocking or holding you back from fully accepting yourself—whether it’s old stories, limiting beliefs, or unhealed wounds. Together, we’ll move through these layers with compassion and curiosity, creating space for healing, transformation, and deep self-connection.
